We are a centralized department for the advancement and coordination of Clinical Studies and Trials at MJR-VHUP. The VCIC consists of a group of Veterinarians and Veterinary Technicians dedicated primarily to the advancement of Veterinary Clinical Studies and Trials both inside and outside of MJR-VHUP. We work closely with not only Faculty, Staff, Residents, and Interns within MJR-VHUP but also with outside foundations and industry.
The University of Pennsylvania’s School of Veterinary Medicine was founded in 1884 and has been innovating and advancing veterinary medicine ever since. Besides the school, Penn Vet also consist of two of the most renowned veterinary clinical hospitals in the country, the Matthew J. Ryan Hospital for Small/Companion Animals and the George D. Widener Hospital for Large Animals.
