8a. Fatty liver/ hepatic lipidosis Fatty change is the pattern of reversible cell injury involved.
8b. Hepatocytes throughout the liver would contain large clear vacuoles and the nuclei would often be eccentric (located at the periphery of the cell).
8c. Severe diffuse fatty change or Severe diffuse hepatic lipidosis (NOT fatty infiltration)
