You must register for this course in the Pre and Post Congress Sessions section of the WSAVA FASAVA 2013 website, www.wsava2013.org. 

 

Registration includes only the course fee.

The registration fee does not include the cost of equipment (the distractor) and certification-film evaluation. It is recommended that you prepay for these essential components of the PennHIP method so that the certification process can begin immediately upon returning to your practice.
