To ensure your sample gets processed quickly, please make sure your sample arrives with one of the following payment options:
Check/Bankers Draft/Money Order
Please make these payable to "University of Pennsylvania". They must be dated, filled in completely and must be drawn on a US bank in US Dollars. Please mention the "Test name" and "Submission ID" in the Memo/For field (usually located at the bottom left corner of a check).
Credit Card
We accept payment with either Visa or Mastercard. Please fill in a Credit Card Details Form and include it with your sample or fax it to our administrative office.
High Frequency/Large Volume Clients
For clients that have a large number of tests required and submit on a regular basis, we may be able to offer testing services which are paid for retroactively. This is strictly on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us for further details.
