CORL Mission Statement

The Comparative Orthopaedic Research Laboratory at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine New Bolton Center provides a basic scientific environment in which researchers and clinicians interface in persuit of their orthopedic research interests. Using systematic and scientific methodologies, CORL provides an incubator environment to investigate biological and biomechanical effects of orthopedic devices, and to determine the optimal materials and techniques to help advance care for the orthopedic patient.
